Started to dig into some issues seen with water around the rear hatch and have found major issues. Not sure if it's related to drain tubes from the sunroof splitting and cracking and then leaking water all over the various modules and rear fuse box. Anyone else seen issues like this in the 2010 model? I know it's old but what a mess. May have to trade it in rather than buying all the various modules needed and spend money on sealing the leak.

Common issue with the 07-13 MDX. A damage or clogged sunroof drain tube(s) will cause water in the rear hatch near all the modules on the driver's side rear hatch and/or water in the front footwell. Sometimes you don't notice the water in the footwell because it can pool under the floor mat.

The reason to water in the hatchback is that the drain from the roof gets jammed with stuff from outside. Appearantly, there are some kind of rubber "valves" under the car connected to the hose from the roof, possibly behind the rear wheels, those "valves" are supposed to let water out and not in. They gets jammed
