Edmund.com actually give pretty good reflection on market prices. But one thing I typically do is contact the internet sales department of a few dealers. Get prices from Acura 101 in Calabasas and sierra Acura in Alhambra as well. Basically just start a bid war between the dealers for your hard earned cash. Also work with out the door price, especially if you're financing so they don't try to sneak in any unusual fees. Thomas Acura in Covina I know has a track record of being one of the more expensive dealers. Of, and there's 1 dealer in cerritos that has been pretty good with prices as well

Purchased my 2013 Acura MDX w/Technology Package in Bali Blue for $42k plus TTL. Plus I got exactly what I wanted on my trade in (2010 Honda Ridgeline RTL w/Nav). Financed 60 months @ 0.9%. I'm very happy with my deal. Very pleasant purchasing experience at Thousand Oaks Acura in California.

I currently have a price of $42k plus TTL (includes destination fee). Good price?
Sounds like a good deal. Here on the east coast, I was just looking at the MSRP on the 2013 MDXs while my 2010 was in for routine service. The 2013 MDXs w/Tech sticker for almost $48k, plus TTL.

Just keep in mind, these things LOVE premium fuel. And here in MD, premium is up to $4.40/gal., over $.50/gal. higher than regular.
