For sure the inner wheel well. Just did it on my 2013 ILX. See acurinfo dot com for photos or carcarekiosk dot com for videos.
2014 Acura ILX Front Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
How do you get to this bulb? Is removing the inner fender well plastic the best way or remove the entire headlight assembly?

I'm looking for a guide or reference as well. I bought new headlights at 4WheelOnline to replace my current dimming ones, so I'll be working on it this month. I want to replace my signal light too, especially on the right, since I've noticed delays and dimming on it.
