2019 RDX - replace gear switch assembly

I want to replace the gear switch assembly - see pictures below. I can’t seem to find any guides or videos on YouTube about this. I’d like to avoid spending an arm and a leg at dealer for the labor hours. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!
