3A racing tips are on sale at Pep Boys. I picked up two of them for a whopping $19.99 each! Ha ha ha.

dont know the model design, threw away the packaging already.
they are the 3.5" x 9" slant tip design. they actually look pretty damn good. i put them on my car today and it took all of 10 mins.

imo this is a very good mod if you want the look of an exhaust without having added noise.

but then again, who wouldnt want a nice HKS exhaust every now and then?

hmmmm....i have no idea. but i did hear that the tips for the cls are welded on, and that can pose a problem. anybody know?

Last I saw the tips on the cl-s are oval shape and don't have a tip covering them... So I don't think so...

CAUTION!!! I don't know if the 03 is different or not, but 3.5" ain't gonna cut it on my 03 TLS. I'm going back for the 4" ones right now.

Nevermind - I don't know what I'm talking about. I just had to loosen the three nuts to get the opening bigger - heh.

I got the round ones - I think I might take them back and get the slant tips.

the slant tips look good cause the top reaches the end of the body kit, then slant back in.

i almost bought the straight 4" pipes too, but went back with the 3.5" slant tip.

Admittedly, the regular round ones looked like so much shit. The slant ones DEFINITELY look better - it's quite a modest slant.

They stick out about an inch more than the stock, but look better IMO.

awesome pics sky. question for those with body kits and the tips: would the tips touch the kits? the tips would be quite hot after some driving, and i am afraid that being too close to the kits would actually melt the paint. anyone?
