ok guru's just bought a odb2 jdm b18b...96+


now im currently running my stock b18a odb0....
burns oil...

now as far as the jdm b18b...
pros and cons..

what am i gonna run into with instalation?....any problems?...what about o2's on the the b18b...

tryna do this swap as easy and clean as possible...

so use my old dist and alt and wire harness? and bolt right in?
trans willl be ok?....what about ecu?

what about intake....injectors?


let me know what uv run into...im dead serious...

At first I thought you'd have to swap everything over, but thinking about it, there aren't actually many sensors on the engine itself. The only thing that would worry me is if the dizzy will bolt in. Old alternator and trans will be fine. I don't think they changed anything with the fuel injection. The physical motor will drop right in like the stock one.

anygood websites to get cheap parts....not junk just decent prices...intakes headers ex..? im thinking of running a whole new system.....is it true ebay turbos are junk its just the manis and if u get a cast set up it ok not stainless

Ebay turbos don't have to be junk. But if you buy the SSAutoChrome kit for $1000 that comes with EVERYTHING... then its gonna be junk. You get what you pay for, name brand parts are expensive because they are proven, used is never gaurenteed.
