my wife has a 97 acura tl and the trannys goin out and the motor tired, i was told that the j series 3.2 fits in it, and wanna know if its worth the swap and do i have to modify anything, and if there people that have already done this swap, i'd appreciate the help :beerchug:

Doubt it. Your engine mounts longitudinally, the J32A2 mounts horizontally.

No, but you can swap to the RL 3.5 engine if you want to go that route...
