I have a 99 3.5RL the outside temp and odometer not lit up, also drivers memory seat not working and clock is way off time. Checked owners manual no help there. If someone could please help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks Leo.

Sounds like three separate issues here.

As seen in this diagram, there's plenty of bulbs, but I believe the odometer bulbs are soldered on the board:

For the seat, make sure that you're pressing the MEMO button on the driving position memory switch, and then pressing one of the two position buttons within 5 seconds to set it. If that doesn't work, and you're up to it, we can go into further diagnosis
