I am getting the busy message for the disk 1 and can't load, eject the CD's, it's just stock.

please help, I just bought the used car from a dealer next state and they won't return my call or help anyway.

Unfortunately, there's no specific diagnosis/repair procedure for this issue. Your best bet would be going to a stereo shop for a diagnosis (for CD errors of this type, Acura specifies to substitute a different changer unit).

Of course, I would contact the selling dealer before going any further.
