This is an awsome capability if all that is required is an adaptor cable, new changer AND we still have the ability to use our stock in dash.

Does anyone know how one will be able to switch between the stock in dash changer and the mp3 changer?

Look through the post again....he says
press the CD button once for Factory HU
press again for MP3 changer

that was pre-2002 where pressing the cd button activates the changer. my bro has the mp3 changer and the alpine mp3 adapter is cheap to buy, maybe i can *borrow* all the other equipment and test this out, hmnn...

If you go to the thread that is linked, I posted a link to a site with step by step instructions as well as pictures...
