Adding Blind Spot warning to 2008 TL?

I'm considering adding blind spot side indicators to my 2008 TL.

Does anyone have experience at adding blind spot side mirror indicators to their Acura?
Does anyone know if that can or has been done?
If so, how much trouble or expense is incurred?
