Here is the short of it: We have 7 Windows NT servers at where I work, we are expecting a Windows 2000 AS server running Oracle shortly.

Has anyone run into problems w/ the two interacting? Do you have any thoughts on what problems may arise?

Well - depends on where your DCs are. If you're native 2k for the DCs, then yes - you'll have a problem. Permissions in native 2k aren't conducive for NT4. However, if you have your 2k DC permissions set to NT4 compatibility, that's fine. However, 2k Active Directory in NT4 compatibility mode sacrifices some of the sweet integration features of 2k...
