Anyone running 22/45/17 on +48 rims?

I have a set of 17x7 with +48 offset rims and was wondering if I can put 225/45/17 tires on them without rubbing.

Shouldn't be a problem for 17x7 and +48.

Alot of people run 225/45 on stock CLS/TLS wheels which are just about the same size...

As long as you are not drastically lowered (more than 2 inches) you should be fine.

Btw, I edited the topic and I'm moving this to Wheels/Tires. :)
I'm running 17 x7 with 48mm offset, Michelin Pilot XGTZ4 225/50 tires and H&R OEM springs. With these tires I had to roll the fenderwells on both sides as well as cut the tabs. The fronts were no problem. The reason I chose this size tire is because the diameter matches the stock size almost perfectly. BTW, mine is a 99.

Yeah ok. My car is not lowered and probably won't be since the roads here are so messed up. Sorry about posting it at the wrong place.
