When I get my new tires, I'm also going to get the sways.

How many of you have done it yourself, and how hard is it to do?

Unless you have a lift....it isn't easy.

Unfortunately, I didn't do it myself. The biggest hangup is no compression on the suspension is necessary to align the new urethane bushings to the link(s).

Other than that, nowhere near as labor-intensive as springs.

Sorry I can't be of help being the residient car guy. :(

I second that - the hardest part of installing the sways from what I've heard is lining up each side to get the new sway on. With a lift, it's a piece of cake. Well worth the installation $$$ IMHO.

yea, they are pretty easy to install. I've installed a few sets of sways on cars recently my moms navigator. If you have a compressor and air tools, it'll make it EXTREMELY easier. Otherwise look for a few hour project lifting it on jacks.

so what kind of tools are needed? my bro has a bunch of tools and a lift. i thought all you needed was a torque wrench, which i know he has.

well an impact gun and a air compressor would make things real easy. You can do the whole install w/ that.
