Ugh. I just read to factory reset it by disconnecting the battery. Someone else said needed a new computer board for $2k.

Tried disconnecting the battery did not work.

No, don't have a GPS, use the car play and my phone. It was some auto update, I didn't select it to update, just started getting the error.

Took it to the dealer, they had to factory reset it and hook it up to a computer to run it. Hope it doesn't happen again.
