My "lady" has great difficulty identifying my requests. I have almost given up except for the command "call home". I have tried so hard to speak clearly, slowly and to lower the tone of my voice. Does anyone have any good ideas or suggestions to help me with this problem?

Best thing to do is call Acura Handsfreelink Customer Service at 1.888.528.7876. They can walk you through a basic diagnostic right over the phone.....
