I've had my 2017 MDX for about 9 months and never had any Bluetooth issues until recently. I've verified that my phone is connected and it works perfectly for phone calls, but when I try to change my audio source to Bluetooth, it always says NO DEVICE CONNECTED. Had a fairly lengthy troubleshooting session with Acura Support, but couldn't resolve it so I'm assuming it's some faulty hardware component. Just wanted to throw this out here for ideas before reluctantly taking it in to the dealership for service.

Incidentally, the problem occurred immediately after I began getting messages for LOW BATTERY in my key fob. When I switched to my #2 fob, I noticed I could no longer access Bluetooth audio, which I thought was odd. I eventually changed out the battery in my #1 fob, but then the problem persisted. I mentioned this to Acura Support agent and it didn't make sense to him either that there would be a connection, but it just seems a pretty unlikely coincidence. Any thoughts?
