Recently purchased a 2006 Rsx Type S. The bose sound system didnt seem to be working. I checked it and found multiple cords no connected to anything and was hoping if someone could help me figure out were i need to plug them.

I have attached some photos of the cables i am speaking of.

Those are RCA cables, and from what else I can see, an amplifier turn on lead, power and ground wire. The previous owner probably had a full aftermarket sound system which requires the bypass of the factory Bose amp (since the Bose system runs on 2 ohm and most aftermarket systems run on 4 ohm).

Heh, I had mine up to about 2 months ago, I shoulda dumped it long ago. The CD player started skipping and wouldnt read discs, tape player was worthless, radio was ok. Now I got a Sony touchscreen - play movies, stream audio from my iphone, make hand free calls. Plus it looks cool in the dash.
