Not without some modifications to the mounting points and possibly some body work to make it look and fit right.

exactly, rear and sides are all good, but the fornt needs tons of work. not only the mounting points, the 02 front lip doesn't even fit in the 99-01

Question regarding bondo?? Of course bondo's required!!!
But it didn't have to cut up into pieces though.

umm.... you sure? i remember reading the whole thread by the guy with that cl on other other forum, and he said for the front lip, the 02 tl front lip is not wide enough for the cl, so the shop had to cut the lip into three pieces, put them on, and fill up the gap. then the side of the front lip is too long and they had to cut off some.

for the side skirt the tl one is definitely too long and the shop had to cut it up as well. and for the rear again the lip is not as wide.

everything is from my memory so i could be wrong.

Paul...LOL...I don't think that any do-it-yourselfer can fit an '02 front lip to a 99-01 TL.

I guess you're right about that!! I had to go back and check it out one more time. Good memory!!
But by just looking at the pic, there isn't any signs that the front lip was cut in 3 pieces.

Front Spoiler: Too short, does not wrap around CL bumper, need to cut in 3 pieces, fabricate extensions, lots of new mounting points, cut alot of certain critical points to allow to force spoiler to shape to CL bumper. The hardest part.

hehe, it's cool man. i remember coz' i was soooo amazed at the result of the work (and also the amount of the work needed)
