I just hit 102,000 and had my timing belt, water pump and tensioner changed.
Had a local shop do it. Total cost was $808.00 Honda dealer wanted $20 less. They weren't going to change the tensioner (the $20). If you are going to do it, change this part while you are in there, it is cheap insurance.

Kit for parts was around $397, labor $337 (4.5 hours) and misc parts were the rest.

Engine should be good to go for another 100,000 easy.
