That s a transmission code. The sensor is either detecting something wrong on your tranny or its bad. I know this because I just dropped off my 97 cl to get the transmission rebuilt and the technician scanned the codes and it had P0715 and P0700. He quickly explained this happens before the transmission goes bad or after. Either way you should have it checked for transmission issues
