I'm planing on dropping my car soon, and I'm not sure if I want coilovers or spring, I've asked and people said the only difference is coilovers are adjustable the ride is the same... Just wanted to know a few of your views ... Estimated close to a grand for tein coilovers and low hundreds for springs

I would go with coilovers.
There IS a difference, not only just the height.
If you go for a set of good coilovers, you can adjust the dampening, also.
If you go with springs, you might regret it later when you want to go lower or higher (for the winter).
