Here are the new coilovers I will begin selling shortly for the first and second gen. TL's. They are made for our cars. Not the Accord. Working on getting more info on them. Here is a pic.

What brand are they and will they be able to fit koni or tokiko struts with out modification

They make a standard threaded coilover and a koni style coilover which has the spring and shock included together.
