Hey guys,

I am looking to pick up a 04 TSX M6 with 130k on it. The timing belt and clutch have been changed and it is a very clean car. I am looking to buy it for $7500.

What are the major problems with these cars? Should I look for anything in particular? Are the manuals better than the autos? What do you think of the value?

Thanks in advance.

05 TSX M6

I have an 05 TSX M6 with 115K. I have owned since new and car has been virtually trouble-free. Only been to dealer to replace driver door look actuator (common problem) and recall for replacement of power steering hose. My wife has an 08 TSX M6 with 70K and her car has only been to dealer one time for same recall. The car you are considering to purchase probably has most problems already fixed since it has over 100K. Good luck.

Fyi, TSXs have timing chain not belt.
04 TSXs are known for electric issues so be careful
