I have a 1996 Acura 2.5TL. I have no fuel pressure, no spark, and no communication with OBD. Used a test light at B/Y wire going to fuel pump and there is no power. Check all fuses and checked PGM Main Relay - OK. Used a spark tester, no spark. Hooked up a Snap-On Solus Ultra to OBDII and No Communication. Is the ECM the most likely culprit? If so, what do I need to do to diagnose the ECM?

I'd start at the ignition switch. The electrical portion on the back of the switch is sold separately, and has been a problem area on some models with age, especially if the owner has a heavy key ring. For the heck of it, push straight up on the key while trying to start the car.

I've attached some electrical schematics of the power distribution to help in diagnosis. If there's anything else you need, just ask :)
