I recently changed my thermostat on my 2002 3.2 TL today. Everything went fine. After starting my car back up my TCS light, check engine light and my fifth gear light was blinking. I put the car in drive 5 like i normally do and the car was mostly revving and barely moving at all. Reverse works fine and so does 1-2. Mind you my car was running perfectly fine and none of my gears ever slipped. Only when i changed my thermostat and after starting the car did this happen. I got a code p0743 indicating i need to replace my Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) Solenoid but i had no problems before.

Ps. I dont know if this might have ben a cause but i had the battery unplugged for 24 hours while the thermostat sealant was drying on the part i had to remove. Only because the battery was in my way. Did my computer reset somehow? Please help me!

Looks like this connector is close to the tstat housing...did you unplug it or cover it in coolant maybe?
Google for location, I can't post links yet.
