here's the difference before I changed them.
it's less than easy. you just need to loosen one screw below the fog, then use a flat head screw driver and pry it out (i think it's from the inside, read the manual it has clear instrutions). then just change the bulb and you are doneblingbling_girl said:How difficult was it???
Step #3 is unnecessary. If you look closely you should of untwisted the bulb counter clockwise. You have to remove the harness first before it will let you, no phillis screw required. Next time, just reach in from underneath, unplug the harness, and twist off the bulb. You dont have to unscrew anything!baggsTLS said:Thx!!
The bulbs are kinda pricey @$25 each. But for $50, it was worth it to help make them match.
It was really easy to do, like rominl said,
1. 10mm socket on a 8" extention to remove bolt from underneath
2. I used my fingers to pop the fog out. (didn't want to scratch anything) there is a plastic clip you need to push on to unhook the light from the bumper
3. unscrew (phillips) the three retaining screws holding the bulb in place.
4. it's all cake from there.
if you're not careful, you may have to re-aim your fogs, but highly unlikely. (you'd have to drop the lens or something crazy like that)
So, the 3 screws are only covering the tabs on the base of the bulb??? It sure didn't look that way to me. I'll look again.edgalang said:
