[2G 3.2TL WDT]

I recently acquired a 2001 3.2TL & while I was cleaning, & working on, the center console, I found a bracket that was floating around in the console underneath the shifter cables...I posting some photos of the bracket in hopes that someone may help me identify its purpose. Thanks a bunch!

Also, on the very back of the bracket, it has imprinted into it, the initials S O K. Which I assume is the company that made it.
