Less than 10 months old and the sub was used very conservatively. Here is the thread when I first got them installed so you can see the history as to when they were installed: http://www.euroteknik.com/forum/showthread.php?t=4454

The sub goes for $179 and the amplifier is $499.99 at crutchfields. The box that the sub is in was something that I was given for free so I won't add that into the costs.

Reason for selling: Selling because I don't own the car anymore and don't know what to do w/ these.

Selling Price: $375

Shipping: $25 shipping which will include insurance via Fedex.

Payment Options: Paypal preferred or cashiers check ('check' if I know you well).

Alpine MRV-F450 5-Channel Amp

Let Alpine's 5-channel MRV-F450 V12 series amplifier deliver the juice to your entire speaker system. It provides 4-channel amplification to your main speakers, while a fifth channel drives your subwoofers.

The unstoppable power of this Alpine V12 Series amp comes from the massive transformers and fast MOSFET power supplies. Extra-large capacitors deliver additional current when needed to fuel musical peaks. The amps are built using Alpine's STAR Topology design to greatly reduce internal noise, keeping the signal clean so that your speakers can perform better.

The internal Bass Engine® provides built-in crossovers for adjusting the amplified frequencies. The subwoofer channel also has a subsonic filter and Bass EQ, which lets you tune the low frequencies for optimum effect in your vehicle. The top-mounted controls are conveniently hidden and protected by a flip-up top cover. Likewise, your cables are concealed under the front cover, which can be removed to save space.

Key Features:

50 watts RMS x 4 + 200 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
60 watts RMS x 4 at 2 ohms + 200 watts RMS x 1 at 4 ohms
120 watts RMS x 2 + 200 watts RMS x 1 in bridged mode
2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-channel output
Tri-way capable (Tri-Way Crossover required)
requires 8-gauge power and ground leads — wiring and hardware not included with amplifier
Bass Engine® features:
front and rear channels have variable 50-200 Hz high-pass/low-pass crossovers, 12 dB/octave
sub channel has a 30-200 Hz low-pass crossover, 12 dB/octave
selectable (15 Hz or 30 Hz) subsonic filter on the sub channel
tuned Bass EQ (6 dB bass boost at 50 Hz with adjustable Q factor, while frequencies below 30 Hz are cut by 6 dB) on the sub channel
MOSFET power supply
STAR Topology (minimizes internal noise and prevents ground interference)
oversized power and ground connections
gold-plated screw terminals
top-mounted controls with cover
detachable front cover
blue power LED
16-9/16"W x 2-1/2"H x 11-1/4"D (depth is 10" with front cover removed)

The 10" Alpine 10" Subwoofer w/ Box: Purchased Here

Let's get to the point — this precision-crafted Alpine SWR-1021D dual 2-ohm voice coil Type-R subwoofer handles lots of bass power. Sure, it'll provide the incredible accuracy and ultra-clear sound you expect from Alpine's top-of-the-line, dual 2-ohm subs — but it'll shake the ground, too!

That's because a new motor structure and double-stacked magnet structure focuses magnetic energy within the vented pole piece for incredible power handling. The pulp cone has been treated with Kevlar® (the material used in bulletproof vests) for extra rigidity. A 1" Santoprene rubber surround aids in the nearly 3" of peak-to-peak cone travel while guarding against decay that can mar speaker output.

An extended spider landing area provides extra excursion for fuller bass. The dual 2" voice coils are big enough to handle up to 1,000 watts of peak power and let you wire your system for high efficiency or output. The redesigned tinsel leads are woven into the dual progressive Nomex spiders for long-term dependability. An aluminum diecast frame provides a secure, non-resonant housing.

The SWR-1021D is designed for use in sealed or ported enclosures.

Note: If you are wiring this DVC sub for lower impedance, make sure that your amp is compatible. Most car amplifiers are stable down to 2 ohms in standard mode, or 4 ohms in bridged operation.
