So I bought a 1995 Integra and the previous owner said the fuel gauge works but it’s just the fuel level sender in the tank that doesn’t work and needs replacing. He said he used the trip button to check how far he’s driven in-between fill ups and has told me the gas light does come on. I called the dealership and they said the part was discontinued. I’m looking at parts on ebay and they’re $100 for a rusty-ish used one. I went on advanced auto parts website and found this* one. I’m not sure if it will work and currently I’m not in the position to spend money on parts that may or may not work. Also what could i do to check if it’s actually the gauge.
