This is called dimple drilled, which the holes does not go through the rotors from side to side. This new method of drilling is to prevent it from cracking. It is also for balancing the rotors. If you know anything about cross drilled rotors, you know that they crack very easily. Raceconcepts dimple drilled and slotted is the only way to brake. It has been tested with 20% cooler over stock rotor. Cooler rotor mean less fade, less warping, better pad grip, shorter stopping distance. This is the only drilled and slotted rotors without the crack. It is also zinc plated for anit-corrosion. The color are silver.
