Seems as though there is some corrosion built up on it and I need to open it .

Any help? I tried soaking it w/ WD40 but no help there.

How much clearance do you have? If it's a lot, get a long enough extension and attach a breaker bar to it. The breaker bar is long enough to get massive torque on the bolt. As long as you have a good socket, a strong extension, and a breaker bar, you can get damn near anything off.

Be VERRRRYYYY careful with liquid bolt freeers like liquid wrench or even wd-40. You can contaminate the fluid you are changing with either of them. VERRY bad things happen with contaminated fluids.

If the bolt is stuck he'll strip it...

Be even more careful with a breaker bar.
