If someone wanted to sell/buy a stock tls bose system how much would it be worth minus 2 door speakers?

Probably very little. There should be lots available from wreckers and people that have upgraded the factory Bose system. Since they wont fit in another car because of the unusual head unit shape you have no used market besides units that fail over time. Just keep it so when you sell the car eventually you can put the factory stereo back in. That way the car is worth more to whoever wants to buy it and you get a used stereo for free.
