Inquiring about buying a 2000 Acura TL

Brand new to this forum, I signed up because I'm interested in buying an Acura TL Sedan that is for sale in my area.
Here are the details is the post I can't post the direct link I guess since I'm a new user.
"2000 acura tl pearl white with 178 000 km on it, fully loaded, interior leather is 10/10 condition, smoke free, body as seen in perfect condition, drives like new with about 200 HP, 2 sets of original tires with over 90% thread(17inch aluminium). Doesn't need anything for safety. E tested."
He is asking for $3,199.00 and from doing my research today, I know there are transmission problems with this year and model. Wondering if you can provide me with any info so I can make a smart decision about this car and if you think its worth it or not. Thanks
