Instrument cluster swap 2002 el

Just purchased a 2002 EL in the US for my daughter. Unfortunately not happy with th KM on the speedo. Does anyone know if I can swap out current Canadian cluster for a US mph cluster? If so I was thinking maybe a 01-02 civic?

Any help would be appreciated
