well my friend you seem to be limited by your rims, so why dont you just do an accurate search of tires available at that size, and choose the most premium/reasonable by price match.

I always suggest any quality tires which are "wide oval" for better traction and performance.

It kinda depends on what you want out of your tires and at what price point. There really isn't a "one size fits all" type solution with tires. It's more-so trying to find a tire that will do what you want it to do (high performance and dry grip, all season comfort, quiet, etc.)
