:dunno: my bad if it seemed rude.... forget i asked anything... But i am really glad he's ok. I've been in a pretty bad accident in my tl before and was pretty shaken up by it. But the TL took the hit pretty well, had no seatbelts on either... it was my fault but i was hit by a car going about 50, i was kinda T'ed but hit the front part of my car. Hit turned me about 90 degrees. My damage was pretty bad, but not this bad!! That windshield looks crazy!!

ballxnxparlay: no, no...i don't see it as rude at all. I appreciate the question, but *more than likely* all the parts will be still on the car when the insurance company hauls it off. They are paying for all my aftermarket mods, and I don't think I'll be committing any insurance fraud. Tempting, though. Pretty sure....if anything changes I'll let you know.

what you need to do is go to the junkyard that buys the wreck from the insurance agency and go there to buy the parts at discounted prices

my uncle owns an import junk yard and thats what he does, he buys the cars from insurance companies for super cheap, if he can replace certain parts on it, he even resells the car. (of course with a savage title)
