Hello, just curious... if my tranny DOES go, and it takes them more than 30 days to fix it, then its a lemon.. rite? The real question is, do I need a lawyer after the 30 days? What if they fix my car in 32 days? Does that not count then? :)

Laws vary by state. But I think lemon laws only come into play if the car keeps breaking over and over.

no i know for sure that its a lemon is its not drivable for more than 30 days.

Must be an IL thing. I don't think its like that in CA. You just have to ask if its worth the aggravation. Let it slide or deal wth lawyers for months.
