DAMN! I wonder if thats a good thing or bad thing for Acura aftermarket, since McLaren is going to start doing aftermarket for Lincoln....if Comptech pulls out...then we're completely SHIT OUTTA LUCK.

Probably!! I think they will still support the Acura since it was the root performance of Acura...:dunno:

Nah... I'm sure a pretty good portion of comptech's revenues are from
the aftermarket section. Things like springs and bodykit and stuff are
purely high margin resell item. No work on their part at all. They'll
probably maintain their separate branding too.

Atleast, it's not the Ford buying the Comptech company!! That's a good thing!!:bigok:

Actually Comptech gets most of its revenue from building IRL motors for GM (Olds Aurora Motors) and just took a contract to build motors for......TRD--interesting, hmmm..

They do the aftermarket products for "something to do in the off season so that our guys aren't sitting around looking at the walls"---Sorry, but I thought that was funny... :D:p
