My factory alarm stopped working for some reason I'm trying to find out is there a way for me to reset it can it be a fuse I need help it's a 2001 Acura CL Type S 6 cylinder

Check your fuses first. Do you have a valet switch in the car that could have been tripped accidentally?
If one of your door actuators aren't operating (opening and closing) that will keep the alarm from setting too.
