NAVI Retrofit... ?

Wish I had bought the NAVI for my 2K2 TL. Can I still get the dealer to add it??? Just wondering...

they will not add it. There is way too much work to have this done. If i was you i would just replace the headunit with an aftermarket navi unit. :beerchug:

ever think of the aftermarket one?
the one that slide in and out is pretty nice.

should cost a lot less than getting from dealer

Actually no. You need to get the slide in and out motorized display, the dvd reader, and pay big $ for installation. It will end up costing more than the stock navi system, and you still won't have a touch screen.

What was your reason for not getting it in the first place? Your only option right now is to go aftermarket for the navi.

Just didnt know if the NAVI came with the Canadian maps.... Maybe an after maket unit is the way to go....
