Hold the #1 and #6 buttons down while turning the radio on, and this will give you the serial number you need to get the unlock code. I tried the number you provided, and it wouldn't work either.
Need help getting the radio unlock code
I have a 01 acura rl 3.5, the radio need the code. I call acura n the s/n the I have for the radio doesn't come up in their system. .the serial number is E00935624. Is a acura-bose radio.

Radio has to be off. Hold them down while turning the radio on.
