Hey everyone, I went and got the suspension looked at the car and the people from sears have said that my driver side strut is leaking. So I have been searching for some kind of aftermarket strut or shock that isn't outrageous in price. The car seems to have a problem with the wheels rubbing if going around a turn too quick since the guy I bought it from put 17 inch rims on it. So I was wondering if there were any aftermarket shocks or struts that anyone suggests that may be a little stiffer or at least better than the factory struts. I thought of getting coilovers but I don't have an extra $700 something just laying around.

Is the car lowered? The two I would recommend would either be the Tokico HP as stated above or the KYB GR-2. I do have access to both brands, so let me know!

Oh, and I know Monroe makes their "Spectrum Elite" shocks for these cars, but stay the hell away from Monroe.
