You could try some touch-up paint from just about any auto store. Just make sure it matches the paint as best as it can. I'm sure most auto stores have like some sort of suction-cup-y thing for removing dents.
I'm in the same boat. I can't wait till it gets warmer out so I can repaint my car. I have to sand it down though because of rust. Idk how common this is, but there's a paint store in my area that uses a laser to analyze the current paint color and it factors in wear and fade and comes up with a color to match the rest. (My car's white, the hardest color to match).
Repairing it with touchup is going to make it still look weird. It is very difficult (even for a pro) to do touchup paint and actually have it look good. Thats why most pros willl paint match and repaint a section of a car instead of using a touchup stick. Not to mention, even though the color codes on your touchup stick and car match, due to weathering of the paint on the car they may not be the same color anymore.
I used scratch dr. Did not work the best. Scratches best to do something that requires a buffer. light light scratches yes. Touch up paint works pretty good if you can lay it on nice. Best for rock chips. You can get touch up paint exact color code for like 10$ from acura dealer. Also I know NAPPA can mix your exact paint color for about 20$ in a spray can. They had a book to look up color code or check with dealer. I know CBP is carbon bronze pearl. KBP kinetic blue pearl ect. Hope this helps.
there are people doing dent removal that use special tools, took my brothers caddy to the dent guy here and he pulled out 7 small dents and dings and did not damage the paint at all, I was shocked at how great it look and only cost 250.00, check into it
