Selection on any type of nerf bar or push bar is really limited these days. In order for them to be sold legally through distributorships, they have to be NHTSA crash tested on each vehicle they apply to. The bar has to be just strong enough to withstand minor impacts, but just weak enough to allow the airbag safing sensors to deploy. They have to be engineered with crumple zones at all angles so as not to prevent air bag deployment in a front end collision.
Things sure ain't as simple as they once were for these.....
