Picked up a 00' EL which has had a b20z2 swap done to it, and currently running off a P06 ECU (OBD1). Not 100% sure what has all been done to it but First thing I need to figure out is passing E-Test. Any suggestions on a good ECU to use? I have a spare P2T but it kicks on the ECL P1259 (VTEC system malfunction)

Welcome Miker, can't help with the ECU problem but wanted to say hello and hope things work out for you. Did you mean a 2000 RL?

No it's an Acura EL (Canadian Civic basically) I'm going to pick up the stock ECU for a 01' CRV tomorrow from a scrapyard and see if that will work for me!
