this is really pissing me off..ive had my first pair of rotors resurfaced 3 times and then got new ones last week when i went for my 4th visit cuz the steering wheel would shake whenever i hit the brakes...and once again the steering wheel still shakes when braking plus when driving i can feel the the steering shake a little and im not even touching the brakes....WTF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why the hell did i get a new car for????ive bought many used cars and never had to go through all this crap within the first 6 months....

:( Sorry about all the troubles. Maybe it's the Gremlin's in your ABS pump?

Maybe you should split the cost, pay xtra for x-drilled. See if they'll go for that. Shyne should do that too!

somebody needs to convince acura to build a better rotor or something....i mean..they arent having this problem with rsx or RL's, right??...couldnt they duplicate the rotor design from those models and put it on the TLs?

in a way..i'm starting to think the saying is true when it comes to our TLs "you get what you pay for" and the TL is rated as one of the best affordable semi-luxury sedans out in the market...and costs less then its competitors for what features it has...soo...???

but i still like my TL...still glad i bought it..

I would also have them rebalance all four of your tires.....
I started to have some steering wheel shake about 15K miles after my rotors and pads were replaced.....I had all four tires rotated and balanced as a regular maintenance item, and the steering wheel shake went away....I think I lost one of the weights from the wheels......The only way to fix them permanently is to get aftermarket rotors and pads....no matter what the dealer does, the vibration will come back, eventually!

Yeah, you might want to rebalance the tires or have them do it. :D

i don't think anyone can just simply look at the tires and say if it needs to be balanced or not. That's why they have a machine which determines if it's off balance and by how much. Then they add the weight...

u can't see nothing without xenons? i think LASIK is needed sooner than we thought..

Really?? Typically the warping occurs in the front brakes only....the rears don't really take much abuse, and therefore don't warp.....I had my front rotors\pads replaced, and then about 25K miles later had the front rotors turned and new pads installed.....are they doing anything to your front brakes?
