EXCELLENT Buick restore!!!!

Back in HS, one of my good buddies' dad restored a few Healeys - one was a red 100 and I forget what the other one was.

Totally amazing that the engine in that Buick still ran! Just goes to show that higher tolerances don't always equate to logevity. :)

Nice mustang too. I prefer the '65 convertible in black, but any 65 is a sweet 65. :)

As for the bimmer..... ;)

SidVicious,

Thanks, I always felt that the E39 5 series shape is similar to what the next generation Legend should have been (if they hadn't killed it). My former 91 Legend which my son now owns still looks modern and up to date and IMHO better than most cars and those truck things on the road today.

M5 Lite,

Surprised to see you here. Are you the administrator of this board? What Acura's do you own?

Wrong M5 Lite Steve. I'm the one on dtmpower.net. You must be thinking of the one on bimmer.org. I go by "Ken S." on bimmer.org.

Also, I don't own any Acuras, just helping out fellow friends.

Ken,

Yeah I was thinking of the Bimmer.org board. Do you have a website for your E39?

Pgatour,

Thanks, I live in Clinton Township in Hunterdon County. Are you from Jersey?

I've got www.bmwexperience.com but the website isn't just for my car. I've got some member's cars on there along w/ some BMW reference stuff. I've been working on getting people to do small write-ups for me for the 'Tech Tips' section.
