k, i dont know how to start a poll, what i got springs, intake and exhaust, what would u do next, shocks or sways?

i hear that sways are the best thing for performance...really improves the cornering...i was stuck on springs or sways...but my gf got me springs so now imma install those first....the sways are next...

my personal preference
1) sways
2) springs
3) shocks
4) exhaust

get sways...the stock shocks should last you a little while :) sways make much more difference :bigok:

my modding always goes as follows:

1. and 2. done at the same time:

1. Wheels and Tires
2. Coilovers

Then....

3. Alarm and Remote Start
4. Body accenting (if needed)
5. Headlights upgrades (if needed)
6. Stereo/Visuals (if decided to mod this)

then i usually do miscellaneous things here and there.

YOU should do whatever you want to...but i always suggest rims and tires first.

I agree....but that's just too much bling for a guy on a budget (like myself...unless you can sell your old set).

But...back to reality...I would go Sways FIRST!

Springs
Well...you can decide that for yourself. Lots of negatives come from springs so be prepared. (Coil Overs would be even worse)

Exhaust
I woulnd't do it again. Instead I'd go the 3A Racing tip route and leave the droning noise to weekend drivers.

CAI
Just put in a K&N drop in and romove the resinator. I probably wouldnt do the intake if I was to do it all over again. I almost prefer the sturdiness of the stock hoses over the ones that came with the CAI kit. Plus I'm a freak that always want my K&N oiled...and with a CAI even a car wash would wash some away.

Shocks
Personally I think it would be a waste of money to replace these unless they were worn out.

Headers
This is the mod that I WISHED I could have saved all my money for (after the sways of course). Lots of bang for the buck (keeps your car looking like a sleeper too) and not as bad for the wallet as ken2000ac's first pick.

cast another vote for SWAYS. At this point I don't really want to "argue" over which brand....but IMO as long as you stick to the "Big 3" (comptech, eibach, neuspeed) you'll be fine.

Maybe you are goiong for a certain look? :dunno: I know some people that want to keep their windows completely cleared...especially if you plan on racing it (visibility issues). Other than that, I considered mine an investment, not for looks.

i plan on goin with the nuespeeds, but i was told that any brand of sways will cause squeaking, is this true? can i get a witness?

i dont like too many tints for the TL that is why i have yet to tint mine...i think you should buy sways man...everyone says they are the bomb...soon as I get 280, ill buy some:D...Shyne:king:
