I am not an aggressive driver yet the rear tires lose traction about 50% of the time when accelerating from a stop on wet pavement. I even get occasional chirps on dry ground. I only have 1,400 miles on the stock Michelin Primacy
MXM4. Is anyone else having this problem with these tires .... or is it a flaw in the vehicle design??

What area of the country do you live in?

I live in Alabama. Mostly above freezing even in winter.. which here is January and February.

All vehicle control systems are on, so that is not a factor as far as I can tell.

I'm also dealing with the same problem.
I've first notice the lose of traction when driving on the snow. Snow were less then 1 inch around that time and the car would not come to a complete stop until I slam on the brake all the way down. Remind you I was operating in a speed of, at most, 15 MPH on a straight road.
Then recently I've experience the same situation again and this time it was on wet pavement. I was braking and entering a corner at a speed range around 5-10 MPH and the car had no traction for a good second.

Is this a problem caused by the OEM tires?
